  • Weekly mowing is scheduled on an assigned service day from spring through fall. Grass height is adjusted throughout the season to promote lawn health, not speed. Service includes mowing, string trimming, and a full blow-off of hard surfaces using quiet, battery-powered equipment. A card is kept on file and billing is handled automatically on a bi-weekly cycle.

  • Aeration and dethatching are performed seasonally to improve soil health, airflow, and nutrient absorption. Services are scheduled at the optimal time based on grass type and conditions, not a fixed calendar date. We focus on proper depth, coverage, and cleanup to support long-term lawn health. Pricing is quoted in advance and completed efficiently with minimal disruption to your property.

  • Seasonal cleanups prepare your property for the months ahead by removing debris, leaves, and buildup. Timing is based on conditions, not the calendar, to ensure the job is done right.

  • Mulch is installed cleanly and evenly to improve appearance, moisture retention, and plant health. Beds are prepped before install, with proper depth and crisp edges. Material is selected and applied for long-term results, not quick cover.

  • Additional or one-off services may be requested as needed, depending on schedule availability. Priority is always given to recurring and seasonal services to maintain consistency for existing clients. When availability allows, we’re happy to help with select projects that align with our service standards.

Winter Snow Removal

  • Snow removal is offered only within dedicated service areas to ensure reliability: 55416, 55410, and 55424. Routes are capped each season and filled on a first-come basis to maintain consistent response times.

  • All snow service is completed using quiet, electric snow blowers and shovels. This reduces noise, eliminates fumes, and minimizes disruption for homeowners and neighbors.

  • Seasonal service is offered through capped, full-season contracts with a 1″ trigger depth. Limiting the number of clients allows for consistent response times and dependable service throughout the winter.

  • One-time snow removal is available for snowbirds, out-of-town homeowners, or temporary needs when schedule capacity allows. Availability is not guaranteed during larger events.

  • Ice chipping and salting services are available as add-ons when conditions require. These services are performed carefully to improve safety without unnecessary damage to surfaces.
